Searching through - there are 77 pages from the WA (you might be missing the archives, where the majority of the posts are as older resolutions are moved there). Like, it's from the GA I'm pretty sure, as it's been mentioned since 2009 when the forum switch occured (and SC was only created in 2009, a few months after commend/condemn was put in and the GA folks subsequently evicting them).

Edit: re August - like, he made his nation long after it started, and judging by his nation pop he CTEd for a good period of time over the years (like, his population should be more than double what it is)

I was going by usage in passed/repealed resolutions actually, of which the SC has the mentioned 25, NSUN has none, and GA has 25.

I meant that we have an active player named August, it's a bit weird to use a phrase that's a play on that

"August" has a dictionary meaning of "inspiring respect and admiration". I don't think its an NPO reference, not sure where you got that from.

OOC: The author of this proposal has revealed that she is in fact Xoriet's sister. Thus, this proposal now truly reads more like a self-commend, at least as far as the Confederation is concerned. We're sure, though, that other nations will see things our way.

Alternatively, if the author is not Xoriet's sister, she is a liar. Were that the case, could we really trust anything she has to say about Xoriet?

As an aside, the statement "Helping organize the 60 nations needed to liberate Anne Frank from the fascist occupiers in December 2014" caught me off guard for a second.

I am not, no. The other part is for regional subversion and political plotting, but for the most part they serve as rather odd forms of being friends with people.
