Errr, there's a number of Rule IV issues with this text. "GCR" and "detagger" are the two that scream out to me. I can't see how "R/D" would be R4-compliant without at least first breaking down the abbreviation - if you don't do that, the only leg you have to stand on is to argue R/D doubles as R&D (Research and Development) in RuleFourSpeak, but that seems like a silly hill to die on.

I support this resolution. I would add to the ESPA section that Xoriet chiefly did the training in the ESPA - which is a big job when they had so many recruits. I also don't know if "revival" is the right word; the ESPA was the strongest it ever was when she was leading it, that was its golden age.

I feel like in order to really use R/D, you'd have to have a clause that explains what it stands for within the proposal.

The use of the term "R/D" is probably okay, but it feels a little iffy to me. This is not a ruling, but that gave me pause. Will need to check in with others about that.

How about just "military" as a proper rule-compliant replacement?
