But for now, it's very clear that they had made a name for themselves, albeit being controversial fascists, and that has gotten a lot of new nations to the region.

The Chancellor's Office speaks true. There are several regions that have taken up impersonating the great Confederation, including but not limited to Gold Diggers and The Restored Confederation.
