I like your sentiments, but I'm not convinced that Boston had a native population, even before any ejections started. It seems that this Liberation is solely for the purpose of tarring these raiders as associates of Nazis.
It is meant as a form of punishment. It doesn't Liberate like the resolution did for Belgium. It creates a warzone out of Boston.
In my opinion, the raiders are lame and indecisive, and not worth an SC resolution. However, it seems most delegates think something different to me.
