This proposal seeks a condemnation of The Democratic Empire of Romania (DER), founder of The New Mappers Union, a region of 82 nations. The proposal sites a failure to uphold certain standards of Democracy in the region, as defined by the author, notably: The removal of elected officials from office, and, the maintenance of puppets, in the elected government, by DER. The proposal fails to provide any significant proof of these accusations, and further investigation reveals that the author of the proposal may have been ejected from the region's government because they CTE'd. This suggests the potential for a certain frivolity in the proposal. The accusations may warrant additional scrutiny from the SC in future, but at this time, there is little evidence to support a condemnation.

For this reason, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the proposal.

To be bluntly honest, this could be sorted out within a region, without the help of the WA. The rest of the WA has nothing to do with this one region. How did such an unpopular condemnation even reach quorum?

Yes, these are not needed. If my delegate gets declared war on because of simply voting against, then there is no point of having these as said ridiculous condemnations.
