So this is a joke, right? I don't have much context for the guy we are trying to condemn.
I'm probably voting for.

Considering that for them, this is basically a joke that went way too far, I would vote 'against'. (They proposed it themselves with a puppet account, and even they don't particularly want it passed.)
Besides, condemnations and commendations are basically the same thing in the eyes of their targets, and there's no real reason to commend EWS.

Whether or not EWS wrote this as a joke or not, he still deserves to be condemned. Plus, when someone as sick and twisted as EWS gets a condemnation, even if it was written by a legitimate source, they're bound to just laugh it off anyways, so the logic of, "EWS will only revel in the condemnation, so that's why I'm voting AGAINST", will make no difference. Whatsoever. This is a nation who, I repeat, DESERVES to be condemned.

And why? Because The Black Hawks is essentially a regional equivalent of Heath Ledger's Joker: they just want to watch the world burn, and can't be reasoned with. They're megalomaniacs who revel in conquest for the thrill of power it gives them, and care for nothing but the self-indulgences of these whims that raiding provides for them, regardless of the cost of innocent natives' whose online lives they uproot in doing so. And like an addict, they'll stop at nothing to fulfill their sick desires. Like sociopaths, they'll assume false identities, befriend regional leaders and then stab them in the back, and banject anyone on a lark for nothing more than the indulgence of a power trip. Their leaders' (of which EWS is a KEY MEMBER) ultimate goal, as I've seen in the RMB of my now-defunct former region, is to take over the world, as to them, this goal represents, "the ultimate raiding challenge." As a resident and high-ranking official in the last days of one of their more prominent raids (of the region Illuminati), I can personally attribute to all these claims. And I also wouldn't be surprised if they have spies in all of the world's most powerful regions as we speak.

They're a virus who must be quarantined, by any means necessary, as VIRUSES DO NOT STOP. Even if condemnations start as a joke.

The showing of anime (and any media of the such) is what they wish. As well, if they are not a World Assembly region, then we cannot take much action against them for doing such as this. The idea is conveying to condemn this region for spreading their freedom and ideas, which I am very much for freedom.
