Understanding that commendations are considered awards that are dedicated to nations for their significant accomplishments.
Believing the nation of Wintony to be a valid candidate for such an award.
Remembers Wintony's humble beginnings in the region of The Council of Noteworthy Nations, a small region home to nations who considered each other close friends. However, through years of growing inactivity in the region, Wintony left CONN for Illuminati in February of 2015, intrigued by the region's history as well as the promise of a larger role in the greater world.
Understands, however, that much of Illuminati's recruitment was nothing more than propaganda to lure suspecting nations in. There was a system in place in the region by its founder that ensured that no nation could rise to their full potential; in other words, the founder made sure no nation could become too influential, and that any who were popular supported and carried out the founder's agenda.
Highlights that Illuminati has long been involved with and responsible for harassing behavior against a number of regions and individual nations. This is made clear with its involvement with the Aeazen Combine, an organization which had become vilified for the destruction of forums belonging to certain regions which had been targeted. This being merely one of many examples of Illuminati's past behaviors.
Admires the March Revolution which sought to unify Illuminati against Rhyphix in light of the forceful dismissal of its Directorate, Dominionaire. This revolt had sparked the most activity in the region up to that point in time, however, despite their efforts, nothing could be done to bring about the change they wanted to see. Wintony would return back to CONN for the remainder of that year.
Applauds Wintony's return to Illuminati in which they had been invited back to. Wintony felt saddened by the dead state Illuminati had fallen into after revolt in March that previous year. Wintony wanted to repair the region and try to make Illuminati's dream something more than propaganda, and so Wintony would become the region's 52nd Grand Chancellor once again, and under this distinguished nation's leadership, Illuminati began to see a new record breaking surge of activity once again. This would mark a golden age in Illuminati, the government was active, it had a hard working cultural department, and a number of great projects were in the works such as G.O.D. and G.A.I.A. which would have aided its global news network.
Praises Wintony for the leadership and integrity displayed throughout the nation's time as Grand Chancellor, and more so during the regional purge of June 19th, 2016, when Wintony had been violently deported from the region by the founder, in light of Wintony winning a popularity vote, which had only come about due to Rhyphix's push to remove the nation as the region's grand chancellor. It was on this day that the nations of Illuminati learned the true nature of the region and its founder, and with Wintony's forceful removal from the region, dozens would follow, leaving Illuminati for the region of Exodus.
Recognizes Wintony as the prime leader of both the Exodus-Illuminati war and Illuminati Revolution, the latter of which resulted in successfully ending Rhyphix's power grasp over the region, by guiding the nations of Kawaii Village, Altino, and Rigels Light through the process and advising each move that needed to be taken.
Fully Understanding that without Wintony's guidance, a revolution in Illuminati would have been unlikely, and Rhyphix would continue to harass the world and keep citizens of the region under the founder's influence and control.
