I know this is really controversial, but after reading Cormac's posts I went ahead and did it. Please for the love of god don't turn this into a thread of warnings. Moderation, I'm sorry in advance if it goes nuts in here.

The Security Council,

Noting that KAISERREICH at this point in time is not yet founderless;

Appalled by KAISERREICH’s apparent disregard towards others, as well as the regions use of Nazi propaganda and swastikas;

Abhorred by the regions use of hate speech behind closed doors in its hallowed halls;

Believing that a region such as KAISERREICH, who hides their true nature so as to lure unsuspecting new nations to them, does not deserve the right to be protected by this august body;

Further Believing that liberating KAISERREICH will serve as a warning to other Nazi and Fascist regions, a warning that if they try to hide their true nature the Security Council will take action;

Acknowledging that liberating KAISERREICH, which has built its reputation on lies and falsehoods as well as attempting to eliminate ideologies different than theirs, will leave the region open to invasion after its founder leaves;

The Security Council hereby liberates KAISERREICH.

Yeah, I still remember back when old Krumpelberg was also listed as a Nazi region because we had embassies with Kaiserreich.

Like, I don't mind condemnations against Nazi regions, but there are regions out there that deserve that condemnation far more and where a discussion about whether they are really Nazi or not cannot hold place.

While I don't like Racism just as much as the next guy, I don't see see these guys as a bunch of Neo-Nazis or Racists like you all say they are, I see them as a bunch of edgy guys trying to be funny memers.

Also Regarding the "use of hate speech behind closed doors" part: these guys can say whatever they want in their Discord, no matter how terrible it is, if you honestly are offended by it just report them to the Discord Staff. I've also looked at the "horrible" screenshots that people took of them talking, I've seen worse in other Nationstate Discords. I don't see the point in including this part if your not gonna include everyone that has ever posted a Nazi meme or anything.

Our region is a pretty new direct democracy and if this proposal ultimately comes up to vote I'd like to have the fullest information possible to instruct my members. Can someone link me the screenshots of the behind closed doors hate speech? I know that Kaiserreich is a German-Empire themed raider region, so I wouldn't be ultimately surprised if some of the kaiserboos turned out to be wehraboos as well, but I want to have hard evidence.

Also, what precisely are the mechanical effects of "liberating" a region?

IMO, Liberating KAISERREICH is better than Condemning it, given the current raider attitude toward Condemnation badges.

On Friday, December 15, the First Assembly of the Outer Reichstag will be taking place. All Reich Ministers, Counts, Barons, and Patriarchs are invited to attend this gathering. The proceedings are to fulfill our duties to our Konstitution, which allow for all nobles to partake in the internal governance of our Reich. It will last from Friday until Sunday, December 17.

The largest issue on the agenda is the election of a new Reich Chancellor. I intend to resign after my successor is elected by the Ministers, Counts, Barons, and Patriarchs. The First Assembly is the culmination of my efforts to expand the rights of our notable and active members after over one year of hard work and service as Reich Chancellor of Kaiserreich.

I am opening the floor for all potential candidates to state their intention to run for my office and begin publicly gathering support through this week until the Assembly of the Outer Reichstag. Also, new term limits for service in the Chancellery have been put in place, so please read Article IV, Section II, S. Section D as soon as possible.

KAISERREICH is just glorifying the German Empire under the Hohenzollern family. They aren't Nazis. Kaiser Wilhelm II hated Hitler, even though one of Wilhelm's son supported Nazism and met with Hitler several times.

I don't think the attraction to the Old German Empire is in question, it's whether or not many members didn't really stay on form with that theme and were fascists and nazis in actuality. The proposal isn't liberating Kaiserreich for liking the kaiser.
