I don’t see why we must condem them if they see it as a badge. I am very against this, and this should have never put up. I understand they raided your region, but to say they think it as an award puts no reason to condem them.

Currently before the Security Council is yet another condemnation of The Black Hawks, one of the largest raider organizations in NationStates. This proposal acknowledges the fact that The Black Hawks views condemnations as badges of honour, yet says it seeks to curb raider activity through the issuance of this condemnation. Taking into account that this proposal merely reiterates actions already condemned by the World Assembly and that issuing a new condemnation would only encourage raider activity, the Ministry sees no reason to condemn The Black Hawks for a third time.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote against the proposal.
