Well, after about two months or so I finally finished my draft of this. It took a lot of research and cross-checking, as well as talking to community members of Texas to find out some of the facts. This is my first time writing something like this, so I wasn't sure if year dates were allowed and I opted for a slightly different method. I hope its ok! Any feedback would be appreciated, as well as corrections if I have something wrong or something needs to be changed.

Noting that Texas was formed barely one month after the world was created by the gods above, making it one of the oldest places in existence and part of the first 100 UCRs.

Applauding that Texas, which has existed for 15 years, has been able to keep an active community through the use of weekly chats and a community forum.

Acknowledging that shortly after its founding Texas formed an alliance with two other communities, The Heartland and Wysteria, also known as the Triumvirate, an alliance that still exists to this day and is the longest lasting alliance in the world.

Thanking Texas for its dedication to the protection of others through its military, the Texas Defense Force, which has been protecting other communities for 14 years and is the oldest military dedicated to that goal in the history of the world.

According to NewTexas it was the very first occupation of Hell, involving over 70 invader nations. I can try to find out more information, like what year and maybe who the invaders were.

I fixed the run on sentence by adding a comma after Triumvirate, but I think the other one wouldn't work because it would interrupt the flow of words if you read it out loud. As to the last part, thanks for the suggestion and ill definitely try to think of something!

As a quick initial comment, inarguably better than the one I repealed.

Not a huge fan of the clause connending the delegate. It’s not commending the seat or multiple holders of it, it’s connending one person for their dedication to vote, and I don’t think that fits well in a regional commendation.

As a partial author of the clause I can say it was our intent to admire the delegation (the office of the delegate and all of those who have held that office) for having an impressive longevity in voting and commiment as a region to WA & UN, however if there is a better phrasing of that we would happily consider tweaking it to better reflect that intent!

But NewTexas wasn't the only holder. Besides that, the clause in his commendation is not very detailed and only hints at his dedication to the WA. My clause includes not only NewTexas, but every WA Delegate Texas has had in its history.

Errr, when was TDF created? I think it's dated Jan 7 2004 according to their forum, which is certainly old, but TITO and RRA would predate it (as would, NPA if it were still defender.) RRA wasn't always defender, but it was defender long before then.

Maybe the date I found wasn't correct. Or perhaps Texas was defending casually prior to the creation of TDF? That would make sense if they assisted in the liberation of 10KI.

"One of the oldest extant militaries dedicated..." might be best. Nobody could reasonably disagree that TDF hasn't been a longstanding institution in defenderdom.

TDF existed before January 2004, but that was 0probably when they started keeping records. TDF was around before the defense of 10ki, and before TRR created its military. Osiris may have been created in 2011, but it wasn't until early 2012 that TITO & TDF deployed to safeguard the region. I gave 4 days for this stuff to be worked out >_<
