The Region in question:

Had their founder author their own Commendation
Sent out two campaigns to try and push the proposal to vote
When the vote was going poorly, decided to mock the WA, even calling WA members morons. In particular, one of their members said that everyone who voted against the resolution should eat dog****.
This comment was liked by their founder, and when I called them out on it, their regional leadership defended the comment and the commenter, saying he had a right to free speech, even after Moderation intervened and deleted the post.

No, such actions as this deserved near complete disapproval by the WA. I hope the hundreds of players who voted in favor did so out of ignorance rather than any belief that Northern Redlands deserved praise.
