Since the author didn't choose to make a thread, I'm posting one to facilitate debate on the currently at vote SC resolution. Not sure if a player can do this or it has to be a mod. My apologies if it's the latter. Here is the text:

OBSERVING that Canterlot has been raiding more than 50 small regions.

FURTHER OBSERVING that Canterlot's sick actions, like forcing their raided regions to thank their "Helpful Ponies" for raiding them, boasting of their actions for "raiding regions like a cutie" and saying phrases like "raiding is magic" on the World Factbook Entries of the regions they raid.

CONSIDERS these actions to be bullying towards small and growing regions.

CONSIDERS the colourful text on every raided region's world factbook entry to be disgusting.

KNOWING that Canterlot does not mean any good to the regions they raid.

the World Assembly hereby condemns Canterlot.

As the founder of a small region raided by Canterlot, I hereby condemn the vile beasts and heartily endorse this bill.

Okay, first of all, I don't see exactly how this is bad. I know raiding is bad for the victims, but I don't see how "forcing their raided regions to thank their "Helpful Ponies" for raiding them, boasting of their actions for "raiding regions like a cutie" and saying phrases like "raiding is magic" on the World Factbook Entries" is bad compared to total banjection. In fact, you should be lucky you're still in your regions! Some of you would gladly give an arm and a leg to be able to stay in their raided region. Plus, what does the author have against color? The WFEs still look good. A little bland, but that's all. Finally, I myself have seen the "damage" done by the raiders. I see nothing horrible done to the nations. All I see is a changed WFE. Hell, I suppose that's an improvement if you didn't have anything on your WFE. This sounds more like a grudge someone has against Canterlot than a legit reason to condemn someone. The reasons are just too few and too stupid. I say Don't Vote For This If You Have Any Brains!!!

I mean.. I'll probably be very amused if this passes, but honestly speaking this isn't even a question of whether it should pass or not. As much as I'd love for Canterlot to be recognised, we have not even done enough for a "Hey I know those guys" let alone a condemn.

Since raider regions usually like to be "condemned" by WA Assembly (since it has no ingame effect and it's like a "badge of honor" for them), I'll vote against it - after all, a member of this region says that he would be "amused" if they are "condemned"! Condemning raiders is just giving what they want, so if you are against raiding it's better to don't give this recognition to them.

I mean, that's what a lot of tag raiding consists of. A condemnation won't do a fig's worth about it. It won't even serve as a cautionary tale.

And can we all take a moment to laugh at 'CONSIDERS the colourful text on every raided region's world factbook entry to be disgusting'? Most raiding organizations incorporate some form of colorful boast on a newly raided WFE. Plus, this suggests that somehow the color makes it worse? To all you lot at Canterlot, maybe you'll drum up more sympathy if you use regular, colorless text next time.

While there is nothing objectively so flagrantly wrong the region of Canterlot has done that merits the condemnation, and I am puzzled about its lack of a forum before this, I will vote "yay" for purely personal reasons.

Raiding is not friendship, neither is it magic. I need not say more.

You're wrong, this is a legal proposal. Use of WFE is allowed - check the rules and see.
