You know, there's a reason people tend to avoid the forums here. There are many people who are quite rude to authors, and they instead want to do private drafting. Is this that wrong?

I'm sorry, but demanding basic standards to receive my personal approval is my prerogative. I have yet to see a decent proposal come to vote without a drafting process, and I doubt I ever will. Drafting has an essential role in providing time for players to offer input, suggestions, or criticism before submission to the proposal queue. This results in not only a less illegal proposal, but one that is better written in nearly every way. If you are so disinterested in what voters have to say about your draft, then I question why you should expect support at all.
Is there a "you need a draft rule?"

No, but there should be.

When did I multi repeatedly? I have one recent charge which I contest to this date.

Okay, maybe my memory is iffy on that point, but the other point is that you're also banned from the region I reside in for a lot of prolonged RMB spamming.

In addition, this lists accomplishments that aren't really unique to TRR (including that they have a newspaper - Hell's Bells says hi) and commending them just for defending.

Your appeal was denied, wasn't it? Your continuing to contest it just looks like a lack of remorse to me.

Internet communities are not healthy places for the thin-skinned.

AGAINST.

Is your definition of "very questionable" based on number of resolutions authored or status as a SC regular? If so, that seems quite elitist.

No. In this instance, it's based on his recent history while attempting to author this resolution.

He seems to have developed a poor reputation with moderation, accruing at least one World Assembly ban. It is a ban which he attempted to lie to everyone about only a few pages ago.

No, no we do not. We never said such a thing, and I do believe you have received a telegram saying your appeal has been denied.

So then now what? I've been completely shit-talked to oblivion here, so now what? Delete my nation? Eat my shoe? Go join Anonymous?

(I'm honestly just waiting for the vote to be over so that I can re-draft this one year or many months from now. It will look SO much better.)

I'll wait till the vote's over, then I'm not approaching the WA for a while.

*sighs* Well. I'm going to retreat for a while from the World Assembly, not resigning, but not getting too involved. Clearly everyone here hates me and would crack open some champagne if something in the news told you I was dead.

A bit of an exaggeration? :P
A lot of authors have lost resolution votes.

To be fair, the WA is very very harsh to newcomers to the point where I could see why people get put off.

Maybe if someone else submitted that same proposal, it would get more votes.

Ever heard of plagiarism?

Anyway, even with the author's permission to use his draft it would still fail because it's poorly written and researched.
