If that funding dried up—can someone PLEASE close that window, there are at least 17 journalists outside—if that funding dried up, we would have a hole in our national park with no profit coming out of it. You see, the only way we can justify the existence of these mines is that they help the economy; without that justification, the nature nuts are all over us."

OOC: I'm aware of that.
IC: We are clarifying our position: we are ethically opposed to the proliferation of nuclear weaponry. For that reason alone, we will not support regulations that fail to call for universal, global disarmament.

Nuclear Energy Safety Commision?
Our glorious empire will NEVER give up his sovereignty over our superweapons to WA bureucracy, and will refuse to obey WA (we always do that anyway).
The strong deserves to dominate the weak, if other nations on the multiverse are weak enough or pacifist enough to know that we live on a universe full of strong enemies to don't develop WMD, they deserve to be tortured and obliterated by any stronger nation.
Every sentient being only have the rights they have strength to protect. If the sentient person is weak, it deserves to be tortured, enslaved, abused, objectified and used a a non-person by everybody that is stronger.
My glorious Empire will sell WMD or the technology to any nation I want and use it to CONQUER, as I did with puny Brazilistan, so, I claim the strong to oppose this barrier to the development of POWER.
This resolution put technological advancements of our Arms Manufacturing and our glorious imperialist campaign in risk.
I do hope one day we got the coordinates to throw all my WMD at WA and laugh at the decimated corpsed at will with the Atridesian Imperial Multiverse Space Fleet banner over the glass dust. I don't even obey these useless bureaucracy, there would be no issues if any of us obey WA, for real, but I love to mess with WA.
