Because
A) They have an active founder a WA delegate limited to the WA power, thus making them unraidable
B) Destroying their region wouldn't stop them from raiding, and would be at most a minor inconvenience.

Stamp disapproval all over them as often as you like. But until these Condemn things carry actual consequences for the condemned, y'all in here are the only ones that it'll matter to. TBH don't get an oak leaf cluster on their existing condemnation, and they'll continue to do what they've always done, but someone will get another badge for authorship.

Sure, why not? Give 'em a taste of their own medicine. Or at least show that we are willing to resist them! I wouldn't condone it unless it was completely necessary. I mean, what happens when your region is conquered? Wouldn't you like your enemies to be punished and have revenge taken upon them? My country has been through a civil war and they are bloody. Invasion is much like that. So why not prevent it?

Oh wait, no we're not. TBH has been around over 11 years. If there was some way people could just 'make us go quietly' it would have happened a long time ago. Raiders of all people know what to do to stop a raid from happening.

Is it possible to make a condemnation with an actual threat of Peacekeeping nations being sent in if they do not cease and desist?

So, can anyone fill me in on what's going on with the whole "Black Hawks" situation? I just joined today, and from the info I got from the bill, they sound pretty bad, but the whole story is still pretty unclear to me.

All the bad things they have done, I would vote yes.

Nope, the WA SC has no actual peacekeeping forces. The only actual effect they can have is to prevent delegates from making passwords.

I agree with my colleague here, this condemning The Black Hawks is getting old and is practically not having any effect.

The Black Hawks have my respect for their efficiency, but however the damage they do is enormous and is ruining the game, well they can't attack my region , but many others are at risk of being attacked by mindless geeks, who have nothing else to do than to steal attention whereever they can.

How about we ask the game administator (Max Berry? Probably not, or?) to shut the Black Hawks down permanently. Their region and associates would simply be deleted and a few nations banned from playing.
