His resolutions be many and proposals be more,

Yelda/Mad Sheep Railgun/New Leicestershire/Hiriaurtung Arororugul/0rville Redenbacher/Ringling Brothers/etc., you have always been a source of great amusement to me (and to many others, I believe) when it comes to the WA and the forums. Your ridiculous puppets, hilarious posts, and joke proposals (although I should have asked you to nuke that commendation of myself... though that's what I get for being distracted, I guess) are probably among the funniest of all here. And, despite your profession as the clown of the World Assembly, you're still extremely capable of creating serious work, such as many of your highly effective UN/WA resolutions. Many times you've offered keen insight on situations here in the WASC, if not on the forums themselves then in private telegrams. I'd like to provide examples, however there are just so many of them that they'd be nearly impossible to list.
Actually, I think I will go back and compile examples of Yelda-induced hilarity/insight. That will take a while, though. However, right now I'd just like this draft to be out there for everyone to look at. Yes, this commendation is a poem. I couldn't think of any other way that would be more appropriate for a commendation of Yelda. If anyone has any ideas for anything to work into it (don't give me lines; I can do that on my own) related to the wonderfulness of Yelda, I'll be happy to consider it.
Oh, and yes, this is very different from my usual style.
