I do not like the ban because a sovereign country should be able to get rid of potentially dangerous, criminal or illegal individuals.

Alright, whose bright idea was it to build a prison right nextdoor to our HQ to house the world's unwanted criminal scum? Someone who wants property values to plummet (and I would remind everyone that this campus is convenient to a number of luxury hotels, shopping centers, car dealerships, and amusement parks?) -- or just someone who felt sorry for Capt. Chiang being so bored lately with having no one to torture? I'm positive the prison warden would make great use of her talents to interrogate inmates plotting riots or escapes.

All the same, the Kennyite delegation votes against.
