Ha! Ha! Yeah, those were good times.
But don't worry Lep, next time you see LWU in South Pacific, we won't be invading it. No we'll be in there liberating the hell out of it.

Wallenburgian Cabinet of War
Message from Representative Mikael Ogenbond
Once again, a ridiculous and absolutely abominable resolution has found its way to the floor of the Security Council. This resolution to commend Lone Wolves United hardly even presents an argument as to why the nominated region ought to receive such an honor. Its minimalist argumentation, while not bad by design, reflects the lack of effort put into this joke of a commendation.
Lone Wolves United is a prominent raider organization with years of conducting relentless invasions on innocent regions under its bloody belt. Recently, it has propagated the dubious narrative that it has given up its status as a raiding region and has become a defender region. All Lone Wolves United has to offer is its word that this is true. None of its actions within or beyond its ranks has hinted at a change of policy, and with the immediacy of the change, whether this narrative can be trusted whatsoever comes into clear question. The commendation now at Vote insists that, following a so-called "coup d'état" of the regional government, the new leadership has dedicated itself to "commitment to peace and protecting the innocent". By my research, however, a coup d'état of Lone Wolves United is entirely impossible. The regional founder retains full authority over the government, and the government has seen no meaningful change. It has indeed published an announcement that it has become a defender region, but no other activity corroborates this claim with concrete evidence.
My office required even less research to identify yet another great debilitating factor in this commendation attempt. The authoring delegation hails from Scardino. Up until today, this nation not only retained membership with Lone Wolves United, but also served as its Alpha Emeritus, and thus exercised several powers within the region's government. At the time of the submission of this commendation, Scardino was a proud member of Lone Wolves United. Beyond the corruption stemming from self-commendation, my office has found that Scardino, like the authoring nation of the pathetic resolution to condemn Gregoryisgodistan, joined the World Assembly exclusively in order to submit this commendation and campaign for it to reach the floor of the Security Council. Lone Wolves United insults the World Assembly with this attempt at self-commendation, and with its abuse of World Assembly membership to further its own egotistical pursuits.
With only an empty promise to reform itself, Lone Wolves United demands that the World Assembly forgive it of years of sadistic misdeeds and even go so far as to hold it on a pedestal as an exemplary region and a champion of the international community. The resolution offers recognition of the nominee's highly unsavory behavior, but only in the context of forgiving it. While this alone stands in direct contrast to the principles of the World Assembly with regard to raider organizations, the commendation goes further. Scardino praises itself and its fellow raiders for "admitting fault"--even when they have done nothing of the sort--and insists that such behavior is difficult and courageous. If it is so difficult for Lone Wolves United to acknowledge its awful deeds, then I cannot imagine how it can have any hope for reform, if it intends to become a defender organization at all.
Furthermore, with a standing condemnation of the very same region, the World Assembly cannot logically offer a commendation to Lone Wolves United. While we may be an indecisive and sometimes inconsistent organization, to directly contradict extant legislation flies in the face of basic reason. Either a region ought to be condemned or not; to commend a condemned region is to simply encourage confusion among member states and to accept a standard of doublethink toward raiding.
Finally, I must note that this commendation saw absolutely no drafting phrase. Whether this resulted from a lack of familiarity with the common process of writing resolutions or from a conscious disregard for the most basic standards of the World Assembly, this fact alone makes the resolution totally unacceptable. That self-absorbed newcomer delegations feel so confident in their own capacity to write international law that they overlook the most basic traditions of our international organization infuriates me, yet this grave mistake continues to plague the World Assembly throughout.
By absolutely no standard can I bring myself to support this shoddy excuse for a commendation. While I had initially speculated that there might be some legitimate basis for a commendation of the nominated region, the testimony of other raiders and my own independent research has confirmed that even the foundation of this resolution is entirely unacceptable. I vote against this resolution, and pray that my colleagues still retain enough mental faculty to join me in opposition.

A real shame too.
Well, as a result of this game-wide rejection in our change in principles, we really have no other option but to change back to being Raiders.
Clearly, this is what the majority of the Security Council wants, and we'd be very remiss to refuse them.
