Well yeah, but that's good for militant nations like yours, dealing with bounty hunters and mercenaries, I mean. "Erm, I tried it out after experimenting on an intern. She didn't seem to choke on any hidden seeds or burrs, so I tried it. Delightful, but I still can't help but wonder if the plant will try to eat me.

The previous resolution is misunderstood in an interested way in this resolution. "Stopping Invasive Species" doesn't prohibit the closure of borders, it prohibits only if it supposed to be done to stop an invasive species from spreading.
I think we have to vote against this Repeal.

Border closure is the most effective way to stop sapient beings from spreading an invasive species, whether by accident or purpose. For a resolution geared towards stopping all the ways in which an invasive species can spread, that's a serious flaw.

uhmm...I think that "all means necessary" is exaggerated, and can be dangerous.I'm for this issue, but it can be hurtful.The invasive species are a big problem for the enviroment, but this "necessary means" can be to.

For the record, I decided to abstain on this resolution.
