OOC: Ah come on. There's small text and then there's ridiculously small. Congrats to EP on this. It will help the argument to restart the WA now that we have an unrepealable recipe in international law.

Well, I always argued for doing so because it would eliminate the repeals. And I won't be a hypocrite now, restarting to eliminate the repeals and repealed resolutions sound wonderful.

OOC: This one is Sam; I try to always keep Sam cloaked in black, the Mouth cloaked in grey, and that second Hand that really only exists because I at a few points described the Mouth as having two Hands standing behind it (but hey it makes more sense for the ambassador to have more than one staffperson to do secretarial and other diplomacy-related things) cloaked in white. Would the Dominion prefer that the Hands be uniform? Perhaps, but the Mouth likes to spruce up the wardrobe so long as the Dominion isn't breathing down the mission's neck.

The non-Sam Hand is alive, and there is a human under that hood. It's just "better behaved," so to speak. And unlike Sam, it was reeducated* several years ago. It hasn't really been the same since. (though I'm not sure who would know this IC; certainly not Sam, though it/they/her(?) might guess)

*It's not in violation of Prevention of Torture, by the way (the Dominion had to check for that sort of thing before joining the WA), though it would seem unethical to most people outside the Dominion.
