A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

Description: RECOGNIZING the horrific actions taken by DEN to destroying small regions;
DISTURBED about the raiding tactics used to wipe out any region;
SHOCKED at DEN's ability to form alliances with other regions, including, but not limited to, The Black Hawks, and their ability to detect those who side with DEN and those who oppose their horrific raiding tactics;
FEELING SORROW for DEN's random targets whom do not expect their small, friendly region to be attacked by evil dictators;
BEWILDERED about DEN's choice of targets, as they aren't specific; which makes DEN's act of raiding a sport;
TERRIFIED at DEN's ability to conquer large regions as well, including, but not limited to:
Their latest raid, Portugal; The West Pacific; and Anarchy; NOTING DEN will continue to bring despair to many regions, as well as the nations inhabited in them;
Hereby condemns DEN

Please elaborate.

Alliances are hardly shocking, and people who side either with or against DEN tend to be pretty vocal about it. They wouldn't be hard to detect. And again with the unspecified raiding tactics.

"Whom" is not the right word to use here. The underlined phrases show quite a bit of bias. "Small, friendly region" is not true of all of DEN's targets, and there are some decent DEN soldiers out there who aren't "evil dictators."
BEWILDERED about DEN's choice of targets, as they aren't specific; which makes DEN's act of raiding a sport;
From what I've heard, raiding's always been sort of a sport. (Although, compared to other nations, mine is relatively new to the world, so I'm not quite sure about this.)

Their latest raid, Portugal; The West Pacific; and Anarchy;
"TERRIFIED at" doesn't sound right. Also, I think the list of regions would be better off bulleted, but this isn't necessary.

I feel like "BELIEVING" would be a better first word, since the certainty that "NOTING" seems to imply doesn't exist, but that may just be me.

As much as I would like to vote "for" on this issue, the grammar used within this resolution is just awful. Please change the wording of the document accordingly. In the meantime, I would encourage anyone wishing to vote on this issue to wait for the proper changes to be made. If the necessary changes are not made, I would recommend voting "against" the proposal. The last thing we need is a resolution that's goal is to do good and have it repealed for improper grammar (one minor grammatical error is one thing, but major errors throughout the resolution is just unacceptable). I will be removing my current vote for the time being as well as continuing to monitor the status of this resolution.

Anarchy always opposes to an occupation, however we don't think DEN should be condemned because of it. They're just playing the r/d game. It is Anarchy that should be condemned because of the fierce opposition we offer against these harmless raiders.

Currently wondering how this crap of a proposal even reached quorum. For one, DEN does not have the ability to raid TWP; the 'incident' last year was caused by the backstabbing popularity stunt of the cowardly nutwad we had for a Delegate. This poorly written proposal is not only incoherent but also very insulting.

Its about time Den got the Medal of Honor for raiders! I mean it wont do anything, they have a founder. So what youre really doing is giving them publicity for being a great raider group, and the Medal of Honor. Im glad the SC has started being nice to the raider groups, they are nations too, whether thry follow your "rules" or not.

We don't destroy regions. Why are you shocked at our alliances. Those aren't raids they are tag raids we are gone in under 12 hours. Put a passcode on it. The west pacific was a publicity stunt by the delegate.
