What exactly does that mean? Are some nations of NationStates not earthly? Are there Alien nations?

Practicing courteousness in an NS argument never hurt anyone.

Sure, it educates children about intercourse, but it also educates them about the dangers, the prevention methods, etc. Kids today will do it anyway. They're little shits. So don't repeal this. Keep the sexual education in the schools. Think of the children for once.

"Vote in favor of the resolution at vote"? Better have voted no, because if you the children won't get sexual education. Do you really wanna see teenagers become parents, and/or get sexual transmitted diseases? Is THAT what you want for the children?

I'd rather not have any nation try to push the ineffective and backwards idea of abstinence-only sex education, especially when it is ineffective in decreasing HIV risk, sexual activity, or unplanned pregnancy. I also would like to condemn the bias abstinence-only sex ed has against homosexuals. The idea that sex should only occur in marriage has far-reaching implications for homosexual persons in areas where marriages or civil unions between 2 men or 2 women are either frowned upon or outright banned.
To top it off, abstinence-only sexual education is primarily rooted in religious views on sexual activity and contraception, something we would rather prefer to stay as far away from sexual education as possible. They speak nothing of how to control pregnancy once one is married, leading to unwanted and unplanned pregnancies in marriage. Has anyone here ever heard of the concept of going childfree? Because with abstinence-only, that is not a thing.
I do, however, recognize that there are different species that do not have sex as we are familiar with it. They should not have to make it mandatory if it is not a part of their species, though it could be offered as an elective.
