But what about the nations with no humans on them? It is a waste of money to teach them human puberty.

Keep the sexual education in the schools. Think of the children for once.

Hmmm... The biggest issue I see with this act seems to be that non-human species do not wish to be taught human puberty.

My solution would be to change up and resubmit this act so that all species are taught their equivalent of puberty/biology. Ponies would be taught how they grow up and they work, Birrins would be taught how they work, humans would be taught how they work, etc.
Vote for me in the WA elections!

Wallenburgian Cabinet of War
Message from Representative Mikael Ogenbond

Considering that the target of this resolution is the worst piece of passed legislation to have come before my eyes, I find it difficult to imagine voting against any repeal of it. Happily, the author of this repeal, in contrast to that of the target, has invested time and effort into its text, and has adhered to the standards of the General Assembly community. This repeal is beyond adequate, and I congratulate its author for the fruits of his labor. For all of the reasons I voted against the target, and for the reasons enumerated in this text, I cast my vote in favor of this swift and highly necessary repeal.

Once again, this bureaucracy remains bureaucratic in passing resolutions only to pass their repeals.

The Cardinal Bishop of Ghraibia quietly lets forth a sigh of relief. This could've been very difficult to explain to the pope.
Ghraibia - My country. A city state on the far tip of Eqarid. We tend to focus on things in this order; Economy, God, Tradition. Imagine a Vatican City with banks instead of churches, heterogeneized with a few churches. We're pretty MT, but I like to imagine my city as feeling like any European city from a Dan Brown novel. Flip phones, old secrets. We do have iPhones, though. Just god awful internet.
The views expressed are not necessarily those of me in real life; we're RPing here.
