[PASSED] Repeal 'Protection of Sapient Rights'

Please correct me if I am wrong but would it not be more ideal to amend rather then repeal this resolution

Amendment is illegal. It would be more ideal, though.

The repeal of 'Protection of Sapient Rights' might be a bad thing for some of our civilians. A mass purge will most likely occur as the insane government and human-supremacists take control. The HSP (Human socialist party, they are basically nazis) will be very uppity. It will be a very bad time to be non-human here.

hehehehehehee...... The Human Socialist Party isn't really a party. It's a combination of politicians from other parties. They in total make up 80% of congress. I personally am not a fan of genocide, everything I write is for the sake of being weird, insane, immoral, etc. I really don't think World Assembly law really applies, as it seems half of everyone doesn't even bother to look.
