No, it doesn't: "No amendments", remember?

(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

OOC: I think he just means future resolutions could refer to "the Passport Organization", which to me is an excellent compromise between an acronym I hate vs. the bother of repealing an otherwise sound resolution on such flimsy grounds.
"Do you mean "coming out"...as a Guardian reader would understand the term?"

Open Letter to the WA

Postby Grand Freedonia » Sat Oct 29, 2016 5:54 pm

From the desk of the Grand Freedonian Ambassador to the World Assembly:

Fellow members,
I am profoundly disgusted with this resolution to reduce "statelessness". For many centuries in regions of the world, statless societies have functioned and survived with great prosperity and it is shameful that my learned colleages wish to trample on the ability of free and stateless peoples to live without the burdens of government. It is my contention that people should be allowed to determine their own destinies, without interferance from this international body. It is most arrogant of us to tell stateless peoples that they ought to live under governments as we do, simply because we, in our self-adoration, cannot dream of life outside a massive bureacracy.
