Hereby repeals the condemnation on Omigodtheykilledkenny.

I find that proposals failing at vote discourages their re-submission better than failing to achieve quorum. When I'm serving as a Delegate, I usually approve anything that appears to be legal.

It is nice to "forgive and forget" people ... when they are actually SORRY for the crimes they have committed. I see no indication that this nation has ever repented of its crimes which is literally legion.

Has the nation actually done good things? Fine, I agree. Commend the nation then. (No really you can do this without tearing space and time.)

But when the nation itself doesn't want to be forgiven. NO SANE NATION SHOULD GIVE THAT NATION A FREE 'GET OUT OF SHAME" CARD. You cannot force someone out of jail who wants to be in there in the first place. God knows what that nation might do to get that badge of dishonor back. This just in from Aetur, Emperor Guntram VIII Roryen was hospitalized after a letter marked S.C. 186 was delivered to the Imperial Palace. Initial speculation over some sort of poison was ruled out after the Surgeon General ruled it a case of asphyxiation caused by an extended bout of laughter. Our beloved Emperor is expected to make a full recovery. The many dolphins slain by DolpHarm are not.

It was pretty savage actually. Dolphins were turned into Dolphin McNuggets, the Security Council was blown up, those clowns accidentally knocked an asteroid out of orbit and sent it on a collision course towards Earth, and worst of all the the stripper commandos lied and didn't strip.
