Commend Haiku was passed 12,376 votes to 1,631.

Passed, with little opposition.

Indeed. Aside from other discrepancies, it has no valid enacting clause. Besides, even if it were legal, the amount of votes in favour of Commend Haiku would ensure the repeal is not passed.

EDIT: Correction; it was just removed from the floor.

It was thoughtfully written, and issued to a deserving region. To vote against would have put the "tyrannical" in "Tyrnica."

Do you think the badge hunters will repeal this resolution?

It passed with 88% of the vote. It's safe for awhile. Unless Haiku tries to coup a GCR.... :)

I think part of the popularity was that it was a well-good resolution, away from the typical politicking of the SC.

Being part of "GP Elite" (hehehe!) also helps. I'm on good terms with most of the super-delegates with 100s of votes who really decide whether anything passes or not.

Yeah, the SC gets tiring when it's all Gameplay. This was a really cool idea, and I'm glad it passed. :)

I honestly thought it was really nice that something was here that most everyone, raiders, defenders, natives, could get behind.
Fabulously bisexual.
