Very true. We're definitely proponents of the Independence philosophy; however, our military does involve itself with both raids and defenses and liberations. (We have participated in all 3 types of missions over the course of my term as President.) I wasn't as involved/aware of what sort of missions SkyDip had been leading when he was active (and serving as our Grand Admiral), but I would suspect that some of the same would be true - I just can't guarantee it since I'm not sure.

SkyDip never took the title of 'Raider', but he certainly (like me), was closer (as far as these things are calculated) to the raider end of things, both in actions and in rhetoric.
