Thanks guys, I made some changes along the lines of what you suggested. A bit later than expected as I got dragged into RL, but this has now been submitted.

Are there any plans for TG campaigns to get the word out for this proposal?

I sent out a short message to all WADs asking delegates to have a look and approve it if they consider it worthy of a vote.

I'll probably do a proper campaign message if/when it reaches vote as well.

I recommend against that. Most people will just vote against out of spite if they get spammed to vote for. I would only consider it, if the vote is tight, and could be swung....
