Condemn General Halcones

A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

Category: Condemnation | Nominee: General Halcones | Proposed by: Nephmir

Description: The Security Council,

Recognizing General Halcones as the Founder and Overlord of The Black Riders, a Raider region already condemned by this council on previous occasions,

Acknowledging that General Halcones is considered the "father" of modern-day raiding, having invented the tactic of "tag raiding", which in turn has contributed to over 10000 regions raided over the past three eras of The Black Riders,

Further Acknowledging that General Halcones is responsible for leading raids on more than half of these regions, attacking innocent World Assembly Delegates and forcibly removing natives from their homes,

Disgusted that General Halcones has constructed The Black Riders in its image, training the officers of The Black Riders to engage in ruthless and barbaric behavior, who in turn teach these tactics to new nations, permanently corrupting them,

Horrified that General Halcones encourages the nations of The Black Riders to use their World Assembly status to commit these atrocities,

Shocked that General Halcones encourages The Black Riders to seize innocent regions, forcibly occupy them, and use them to vote against World Assembly proposals created to improve the world by restricting international crime, later destroying these regions,

Outraged by these actions and seeking an end to General Halcones' reign of terror,

Hereby Condemns General Halcones of The Black Riders.

Halc certainly is one of the more prolific of the raider names that one would see get wide consideration for raiding but I just don't see this making major progress.

Halc certainly is good at what they do, I won't take that away from them, but the only thing that sets your draft apart from describing any other highly active raider commander at present is the tag raiding aspect and I'm not sure it holds enough water to justify anything.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad draft. I'm just not sure I could support it.

Okey. Neph is hunting some extra reputation here. Not too good draft, but at least point of it hit directly to the nail.

Let's look it from another perspective. From my perspective: I can freely raid and crash as much as I can as long as I want and reject possible future condemnation drafts and proposals only by making simple argument: "I am not deserved that Honor because Halcones is not honored yet with it." (and even then Halcones would be honored there are list of at least 30 names who all are before me for such honor when we talk about CC-drafts)

Someday... after 50000+ raids participated, after hundreds of occupations etc... I can still reject possibility to get condemned with that same argument knowing that Raiding activity is not Condemnworthy from viewpoints of majority of NationStates players.

Yes.

Honestly, Halcones' actions are considered 'bad' by the SC's standards; however I feel as if this proposal does not show that he has violated these standards to the point of where he is worthy of earning a "Raider's Badge of Badassery".

LOL! No Condemnation draft can ever reveal 'Crimes' what THE BLACK RIDERS has done for improvements in this game.

Whole Military Hierarchy of TBR cover, sacrifice and act on behalf, for and before The Overlord.

That has been always paid with skulls and blood of innocent Natives. It is only ironical and co-incidential that Neph of TEK wrote first reasonably objective draft for The Overlord.

Successful? I wouldn't exactly call raiding a bunch of one and two nation regions and tagging their WFE's successful....
