Warzones and defending allies that ask for assistance are the only exceptions to our constitution's neutrality. We are not allowed to be raider or defender. And if it is an advert for TVF that makes no sense since the WFE of VF is nothing but stating that it is a landmark for our history. There is nothing advertising TVF.
