I can't even communicate my frustration because I'm so astounded that there are actually other human beings arguing from an OOC perspective that nulla poena sine lege is a gross infringement on rights. While I'm truly grateful to those that have expressed their support, both here and through voting, this is certainly a bitter victory at best.

Resolutions have passed by larger margins and got instarepealed. We'll see clearer after the first vote on a repeal attempt.

I stand with Defwa wholeheartedly. It's quite appalling that nations would be opposing this piece of legislation on ideological issues so much that they feel it deserves an instarepeal for that.
