Riftend took over a region over petty grievances, then had his own region taken over petty grievances, and now wants sympathy and support from the global community.

If you're gonna raid people, Rift, don't expect much sympathy when you get raided.

After he ordered all CoF Natives [check the RMB] to leave the region. Odd turn of events in regional policy.

For years The Black Riders have tormented many regions, raiding or destroying over 3000 innocent nation's homes. From the destruction of K and J Alliance to The Silver Isles, and the ongoing occupations in Anarchy and Ixnay, they seem to be stronger than ever.

This is my counter campaign TG:

Esteemed nation, I message you today because you have voted in favor of Liberate Coalition of Freedom. I humbly ask why you are supporting the liberation of a region that has destroyed regional communities, including GDU, sent monthly recruitment telegrams to the entire WA, tried to hack an account in order to gain control of a region, betrayed allies and turned on loyal members? The founder even claims not to care about being raided, even vocalizing his intent to be a member of one of the raiding communities involved, so why force a liberation?

In addition, the proposal submitted by Pharaoh Cormac A. Stark unfortunately contains many errors.


Observing that these actions have been taken against Coalition of Freedom because the region has taken military action against The Black Riders in the past;

That is NOT why this raid occurred. Coalition of Freedom was taken over by me,Leningrad Union, a former founding member, upon the region members and delegate abandoning it. The Black Riders and others simply assisted me in securing it from future action by password protecting it, something that the former delegate and founder had expressed a wish to do, but lacked influence for.

Recalling that Coalition of Freedom was placed under the authority of The Eternal Knights after its Founder nation ceased to exist, and that the regional population of Coalition of Freedom has begun the process of merging with The Eternal Knights;

This is on point. They have abandoned their region entirely.

Asserting that the fate of Coalition of Freedom should be left to the regional community of Coalition of Freedom and The Eternal Knights, whom they have entrusted with their security;

As he so kindly stated, the region community has moved to TEK. The only ones remaining are those who refused to move and the former delegate was unable to eject. Among that number was Mathew Hargraves, a known puppet of myself, as previously stated. TEK leadership has expressed their ambivalence for it's future. I, however, care about the region, and has the power to secure it, which they did not.

Insisting that this Council should be proactive in defeating operations by The Black Riders whenever possible in order to curb their negative impact on interregional peace and goodwill:

Again, this wasn't a TBR-organized raid. It was a move by myself, backed by the available forces of my allies in Madrigal, TBR, and Sicarius, among others, to secure the region where The Republic of South Carolina could not.

In short, this proposal is counter to the very wishes expressed by the regions former leaders. In any event, they have abandoned it. I have as much a claim to ownership now as they do, and this proposal violates my right to protect it with a password, something that not even the former leadership could do. I therefore humbly beg you to reconsider you approval, and perhaps even rescind it.

I am really tired of these Black Riders. They destroyed "Anarchy" which had a lot of interesting information about Anarchism, including links to interesting and informative websites, websites which I no longer have access to, thanks to this most ludicrous occupation. How hard is it to create a bunch of puppets with no substance and no thought behind them to rush and then irrevocably destroy a region of substance? I find it absolutely outrageous that this is allowed to continue. I believe stricter measures must be taken than a merely nominal tip of the hat to "liberating" a region which doesn't do anything of substance. We have seen Anarchy "liberated" by SC decree before, but what really has changed? I vote FOR this resolution in principle but as I said I believe stronger punitive measures must be taken.

Leningrad Union's apparent assertion that this isn't a raid at all, and he's just securing the region, contradicts his own propaganda in the Gameplay forum, in which he refers to "capturing" Coalition of Freedom and refers to it as a raid numerous times. I find it hilarious that he is accusing either Nephmir or me of deception when his counter-campaign includes the blatant falsehood that he is just securing the region because the previous native Delegate couldn't. That quite obviously isn't what's going on here, and makes any other claims he's making (e.g., that this isn't a Black Riders raid) incredibly suspect.

I told everyone here to vote AGAINST the proposal. Apparently 2 residents here don't understand simple english. Change the vote NOW. Voting FOR will NOT be tolerated. If I find out who you are there will be consequences.

Couldn't a vote against the current Security Council Resolution be interpreted as a vote for APPEASEMENT to the Black Riders?
No. This wasn't a TBR raid, it was group raid by different regions. The TBR is NOT the one in charge there.

They hold Seat #4 on our Higher Council, so our WA members have right to fear somewhat. Our Delegate is non-executive, and our Founder appears to be a puppet. It remains to be known to me whose puppet it is, but it may well be theirs.
