This very quote nullifies the 'give more power back to nation state governments', which essentially means letting the nations decide how and when to implement a passed resolution, including deciding NOT to implement it. The bold part explains it quite well.

As one fellow nation has put it above, you should quit this supranational ruling body if you cannot bear with the thought of having to obey every of its passed resolutions.

I mean return powers by repealing resolutions

The problem is your premise. If you believe that the WA does its best by allowing nations complete control with no restrictions, then you should not be here.
You're statement doesn't even leave the possibility of some WA legislation. You're saying having none at all is optimal. So thus the only way the WA agrees with your sensibilities is if it ceases to be the WA

Just curious, did anyone track what exact effect this legislation had on their country's economy and/or environmental health? Thanks!

Getting rid of the possibility of our people getting lead poisoning from fuel. Plus, getting rid of an unesscary and dangerous ingredient in fuel. So it helps everyone a lot. That's why it got paseed and I voted for it. Thank you and have a nice day.

OOC: I believe the question was about the gameside stat adjustments. In which case, no I haven't, it's been maybe eleven years since I've followed the stats so religiously, and that did not last long.
