[FAILED] Condemn Mikeswill

RECOGNIZING that Mikeswill has already lost the commendation of this august assembly as a result of Security Council Resolution 72;

MAKING NOTE that Mikeswill has been the delegate of the region of NationStates for about 9 years and has refused to let any other nation have a chance to lead NationStates;

DISAPPROVING of the fact that Mikeswill claims to be a World Assembly member yet continues to hold a strong anti-Security Council stance against this assembly;

AWARE that Mikeswill has recently ejected numerous nations simply on the stance that they support the Security Council;

AND HORRIFIED that Mikeswill claims to be a peaceful nation yet is secretly controlling Highlander 1, a prominent raider nation, which was already proved by investigations done by the A mean old man

THUS condemns Mikeswill for their hypocrisy in the defender game and for their iron-control of NationStates

This is laughably untrue.

By being a raider. Which doesn't make it commendable (though if you do include the clause, don't link to the NationStates region, since you'd have probably done that previously)

HOPING that this resolution encourages the delegates of non-feeder regions and other regions to treat their residents with fairness and equality

I am aware that there was an attempt to Commend Mikeswill awhile back and that it was repealed but I think that Mikeswill should still deserve recognization for his efforts in securing NationStates. I personally just joined the region and am surpised on how tolerant and just Mikeswill is. I am also aware this is a bare-bone proposal and that I am still looking for more reasons to commend him. But nonetheless, have it at me.

BELIEVING that Mikeswill is not in the least bit deserving of merit from the Security Council,

Cerian is, strictly speaking, an Imperialist so I don't hold it against him that he isn't entirely aware of some of raiding culture's more subtle points.

Mikeswill has one of the longest running delegate streaks in the history of the game. Eventually he will have the longest once I get around to it.
