It was removed due to a formatting error on submission. One that the more pedantic of nations would have hammered me over at vote. It's being resubmitted now.

The unfortunate thing is, while it was a mishap with an italics tag, I think any long term member of the festering snakepit would know that voting patterns would have gone negative over this tiny error. If this is going to be done, it needs to be done right. Although I will state now, if this doesn't work this time, at the cost of my own shred of respect in this assembly I simply cannot submit a third time, lest I acquire a soapbox.
