RECOGNIZING that Lolloh had invaded the Derman Iles with the said attempt to unseat the dictatorship and replace it with a democracy

YET discovering that Lolloh was intending to seize the Derman Iles for itself as a puppet territory for imperialism's sake

APPALLED that Lolloh, in a rage after not getting their demands met, ordered Lolloh security forces to march into a diplomatic meeting, in which they were a part of, and open fire on the delegates killing 8 of the diplomats, as they sat in their seats unarmed

HEREBY, condemns the nation of Lolloh for the treacherous cold-blooded unprovoked murder of eight delegates at a peace conference, five of whom were delegates from nations who are members of the World Assembly

In the Ruolnik Conflict:

1) Repeatedly violated the sovereignty of its southern neighbor.
2) Broke multiple peace treaties
3) Supported a violent terrorist group in Ruolnik responsible for the deaths of thousands of civilians, in supporting these terrorists Lolloh directly killed more.
4) Ordered naval vessels to target civilian ships

I'm inclined to agree with you there. But, having read the charges brought before this council regarding the meeting in question, I have had a look through the resolution list. He does seem to have violated the Diplomat Protection Act, and so far not much else (although they did skirt the edge of the Counterterrorism Act). They may warrant a condemnation, but given they have a string of extra charges that have not been addressed, I suggest the author remove this resolution and include these extra charges in their proposal (and also let us debate the draft before they submit it).

I'd cut the bold out, and if you are going to use any use little. People typically ignore messaged with lots of bold and will find it irritating. Also, I assume you will be targeting just Delegates using the same theme has your own, which is not a bad thing just don't use the telegram for delegates international.

During the Derman Ilse War during peace time he landed hundreds of thousands of troops. He then was in direct violation of a Treaty he signed disbanding his military presence and since then has nearly made the country go back into an unnecessary war.

Well then, I feel for someone that has done so much, the author probably should have held off submission until all the facts and issues were presented in the proposal to the Security Council. I don't feel the current proposal gives proper justifications for a condemnation in its current layout and presentation.

Be careful though. I am running my own telegram campaign and when I telegramed some delegates who already had endorsed my proposal, they TGed me back using the F word and withdrew their endorsement as people don't like being pestered. So, your excessive campaigning could kill the effort. Just warning you. Also, I think Feux, who has doubts about this effort, should endorse the proposal as, despite being "not written well enough", it is doing pretty well.
