Thank you to everyone who voted for this. For those who didn't, expect a Black Hawk at your door within the next few days. And no they are not gifts to you ;)

I couldn't have done all the things described in the proposal without the help of countless allies, troops, and friends. To be the first nation to be condemned individually for their raiding is a big deal, and a neat step for raiding as a whole.
