She yelled at the short gnome in charge, which jumped somewhat startled at the loud voice of Marilyn. She giggled slightly and went to take her seat, while motioning her guard to stand wherever appropriate.

"Now why would you ever do that to a gnome?" asked Ambassador Rodriguez, disgusted. "If they tense up, it ruins the quality of the meat when slaughtered."

"Oops, sorry" Marilyn said, still smirking. "I'm just overtly happy to be given this job! I'll calm down, I promise" She answered. Marilyn turned her attention away from the ambassador and toward to other discussions on the floor.

Marilyn's jaw was slightly agape at the speaker plant. After a moment she had regained her senses, and made her way over to the plant. She bent down and examined it, giving it a few soft pokes with her left index finger.

Any democratic nation would support this. It doesn't matter whether the country is a matriarchy, monarchy, or principality - those kinds of countries would support this.

However, many WA nations aren't democratic and it is, as mentioned by someone else, an ideologic ban.
