I think you've missed a few bits of the target resolution. Such as how just yelling something can be considered assault, and how you wouldn't be accused or even given a trial, you would just plain be convicted of assault. Shouting "you suck" would put you behind the bars. If that's really the type of society you want to model your nation after, you'd be happier to not belong to the WA, since it has all these annoying things like human rights down as laws.

Repeal "First Responder Protection Act" was passed 10,960 votes to 1,573.
