Honestly, where does this "precedent" stuff come out of. Stare decisis isn't in operation here. Max could turn around tomorrow and change the rules at a whim.


Is a pretty good expression of guilt. You pretty much assumed the resolution was illegal in that post but insisted it did not change precedent.

Even if Sanctaria was a mod, there were no rulings on this resolution's legality being made in that post. It was simply pointing out that just because an illegal resolution passes that doesn't mean that the rule it broke suddenly goes away. For example, the passage of Max Barry Day didn't suddenly allow people to include RL references in WA (well, UN back then, but you get my drift) proposals.
