I shall vote for this resolution, but I have one problem: My main fear with this is that TBH may use this brief time of unprotected-ness to slip in another sleeper nation, thereby making the process futile. I formally suggest the Security Council monitor those who enter the region until it is password-protected.

As a resident of Hippiedom, I hope that everyone is voting FOR this. We are planning to take precautions to protect ourselves from attacks in the future but we are really stuck without this passing, unable to do anything but maintain the status quo. As it is, we are sitting here targets for yet another invasion with no way to protect ourselves or prevent it.

The XKI delegate votes the way the region does. The members of XKI must be against this particular proposal. Why does everyone assume XKI will automatically side with this is the bigger question.

How long must one be in a region before they are considered a native? I would say longer than one month, IMHO. Not that it's really relevant to this particular discussion, but still.

Delaroca has been a member of Hippiedom for some time, the length of residency is low because he was one of the nations ejected during the Black Hawks raid, so he's only been back for under a month.

We feel that liberations should be the last port of call, rather than the first, and bring together the NS-world in a sign of solidarity to stop a region being wrongly refounded. Not the first tool when a region is passworded. We are against this, therefore, on the simple principle that it should not have existed in the first place and wish that, if this liberation does continue, those who actively support and draft Liberations on a regular basis will think twice about it being their first strategy.

Shouldn't you support this if you oppose liberations?
And, what do you mean last "port of call" and not "the first tool when a region is passworded"?
Do, pray tell, how a region is supposed to get out of a raider-induced password?
As I recall, this liberation WAS a last measure.

I support this repeal based on the evidence Skyrim Diplomacy submitted. I just hope that the Hippies take the right precautions so an invasion doesn't happen during the refounding process as others have said.
