Apprehensively disclosing the fact that nation of "New Scorpio" successfully transported a nuclear device into the capital city of Scorpion City, during Coalition of Steel occupation, after the Emperic-Scorpion War, and during a rebel uprising that was intended to rival Coalition forces in the nation,
Horrified that the nuclear device was managed to be transported, activated, and detonated in the city center's ruins,
Further Horrified that said explosion was of massive yield, similar or greater to 21 kilotons of TNT, completely obliterated the city, engulfed it in radiation, and managed to kill over 30,000,000 Scorpion Citizens, as well as several hundred thousand Coalition personnel,
Nauseated by the losses of both civilian and military personnel, as well as millions of Universal Standard Dollars,
Disgusted that the regional commander, Seer, detonated the weapon with no regard to the civilian casualties, as well as his own forces, still combating Coalition forces throughout the city,
Regretfully Acknowledging that the Scorpion "administration" was not destroyed, and, instead, retreated to a set of islands holding millions more, as well as advanced military equipment and fortifications,
Shocked that several nations, after being brought up to the international community, sided with New Scorpio, stating that it was a necessary act to defend the nation against the imperialistic occupiers,
Appalled that the New Scorpion government has paid no reparations to the families of Coalition forces who died in the fighting, the government of those nations, nor the families and loved ones of the civilians massacred in the attack, and claims that such actions were justified, in order to free itself from occupation,
Additionally, this was not the first time that the nation of New Scorpio detonated a nuclear weapon in an attempt to defeat its enemies; During the Emperic-Scorpion War, New Scorpio managed to detonate several nuclear devices inside the nation of New Emperica, one of which killed 3 million Emperican Citizens,
Adamant that any nation that has committed such atrocities both domestically and internationally deserves proper punishment,
