Actually, since I'm a hard line believer of duality and multiple identities can I vote against because most of these acts are done by "Free4All" and not "Ballotonia"? Especially since the resolution doesn't make the connection

Uhm, no. That's factually incorrect.

If such distinguishing were to be done (and I frankly don't care it isn't done since I don't believe in dualism within Gameplay to begin with), the vast majority of clauses would still be listed under Ballotonia.

My defense work (first clause) was done under a long list of puppet names, way way more than would be allowed to list in any resolution (what's the character limit again?

). Note the second clause about the Puppetmaster Attack states 'mastermind', for which the name 'Ballotonia' is correct. Had it said 'lead' it would've had to refer to the nation 'Better Times'. The term 'organized' would better fit 'Free4All' in that context. The third clause about the A.L.L. would be the only one listed under the name Free4All.
