I updated the first post with yet another revise since Dust left Wysteria (which I hope wasn't because I put him in a draft.) I also didn't change the "Admiring that with very little promotion of the region Wysteria has maintained a very active and large community for over eight years." Only because yes, they nations are almost in the top 10, but it's not like they spam around or change there motto's to promote wysteria. My terms on regional promotion was more or less related to when you create a nation and get hit with 4 or 5 telegrams asking you to join a region.
