Funny. I updated the first post with yet another revise since Dust left Wysteria (which I hope wasn't because I put him in a draft.) I also didn't change the "Admiring that with very little promotion of the region Wysteria has maintained a very active and large community for over eight years." Only because yes, they nations are almost in the top 10, but it's not like they spam around or change there motto's to promote wysteria. My terms on regional promotion was more or less related to when you create a nation and get hit with 4 or 5 telegrams asking you to join a region.

These nations have achieved #1 in the following reports, Largest Automobile Manufacturing Sector, Largest Agricultural Sector, Largest Gambling Industry, Largest Cheese Export Sector, Largest Book Publishing Sector, Rudest Citizens, Most Avoided, Shortest Average Lifespan, Fastest Growing Economies, and Lowest Unemployment Rates.

Also Notable Nations: Sketch, for being the first nation to bring Wysteria into the spotlight by climbing to the top of the world census reports, and again The Grendels for keeping track of marketing reports since 2005.

Admiring that with very little promotion of the region Wysteria has maintained a very active and large community for over eight years.

I do understand your point of view on this, as they would be easier to include on a condemn. Though, I do believe that consistent management of their nations is worthy of appraisals to get their nations to the top. (then again this contradicts what you said on achievements instead of contributions... hmmm... It really puts me in a stump, because it is a good point. I could really use some suggestions on this part.

On Behalf of the Light of Heaven

The Emperor has decided to abstain on this issue, he does not feel that they are undeserving or deserving of this commendation. Rather alot of it seems to be focused on their age, which the Light of Heaven does not see to be a factor worthy of commendation and wishy-washy nonsense stemming from this.
