I am appalled that the the majority so far has voted in favour of the notion. I like to think that leader's took the time to READ and DELIBERATE on proposals rather than systematically clicking 'vote for', seems I was wrong.

This is not a matter for the SC. We have no jurisdiction over things that happen off-site. If you really think that what he has done is a punishable act, then you should take it to the TRR government, and not waste the time of the SC. I mean I enjoy jokes and everything, but I feel that the Security Council of the World Assembly is not the place for it.

You're quoting the General Assembly rules there - the Security Council ones (pinned, in this forum) are the ones that apply to Security Council proposals.

If you check the Compendium, you'll see this bit on Joke proposals. Yes, joke proposals are illegal in the Security Council. However, that does not mean that humour is banned. Examples of humorous/satirical proposals that were legal and made it to vote are Condemn Gatesville, Commend Anti World Assembly, Condemn Omigodtheykilledkenny and Commend The Skeleton Army.

So, I think a PERSON did this, making him target of Cragirl country laws, and violating the Rule 4 (a) plus (e) because hating pink color is her own taste (ideology, in this case, since it's a "country" who hates)...

Anyway, most of those jokes you posted I would be against too... (maybe with except the skeletal army, since she developed a way of doing a "evil" act without acusing any harm, proving you can roleplay evil and not taking away the fun, since when she leaved the region would be back to it's original state)

Nowhere does it mention that Crazy Girl dislikes this colour. 'Forums' has already been ruled as acceptable, so long as it can be read as "the forums of power" - ie a parliament type building. Conceivably, a country could order the colour of a forum to be changed, and this may upset the people who use it ('participants').

Anyway, most of those jokes you posted I would be against too...
