I, for one...as the lord governor of New Nethiriza...would like to thank the representative of Connopolis for bring forth a bill that resolves the worldwide need for proper healthcare for prisoners. Without it, many nations would no doubt have criminals or PoWs that would suffer and die from disease before trial date or before their sentence is fulfilled...even if said sentence was death in the first place (Yes, we have the Death penalty, but that's only for the most dangerous criminals imprisoned in our jails).

As this Resolution has passed, the "Imperial" Colony of New Netheriza will strive to abide by it.

OOC: Ya think that's bad? We mandate all our nurses to have catwalk training and be live models when prisoners wants to buy any clothes. We need some more revenue to cope with the requirements of the resolution, you know...
