As George Carlin once said, "Anything," :) Actually if the question were "What CAN you joke about?", "anything" would be the correct response. To the question "What can't you joke about?" the answer is "nothing". I'm a grammar Nazi. :p We can then m...

If I was an Atheist (which i'm not, i'm Christian), I would not live with good virtues, i would live purely for myself. Why should murder be wrong if you're just another creature?

IC: No, we dont have any need for such vile organization such as secret services. OOC: There is an officially-non existent clandestine, and secret organization whose name is unknown; however it is simply known as Section 5, Section 5 doesn't have a official name nor does it have a official symbol. ...

Any ex-pats? I'm from Flint, MI going to ...

Since the disasters of 2012 weren't as dramatic as planned, life went on. However, nations didn't. Now the world is split into 12 main countries, each with different ideals. Rationallia is just one of these countries that sprung up.

Just interested on what people think. Do you ever think there will be a third world war? If so who would be fighting who? When would it be? Over what reason? It is considered good form to give your own opinion in the Opening Post. The Mods will lock ones where the thread starter doesn't do that. Pe...

Nay, now don't get angry at me. I'm not against homosexuals, i believe they should be allowed to be gay, that's their choice but i don't think they should be allowed to get married. Marriage is between a man and a woman, no other combination. Though if homosexuals were to have their own form of unit...

ME?

I'm not very old. Am a Christian. Am slightly conservative but this varies from issue to issue.

Also, it seems that a lot of people on Nation States are, how should i put this, "out-there".

Should religion be taught in schools? And if so, which ones and why? Also, should there be religious schools at all? I think it should but leave it to where the religion is based to organize it Eg. Church run scripture classes. (I know I posted this elsewhere by accident and it got shut down, oh wel...

No. Because that is a horrific infringement on the student's civil rights. Certainly, to teach people about all the wars, deaths, and executions in the name of said religion/s. But they'll come under religious pressure elsewhere anyway, you might as well give them the full information. Also wars, d...

This is what ages go into each year. School is compulsory up to Middle school then you can continue on if you want. Subjects are not selective but they are optional. In My Opinion

In my opinion (as an Australian) they should lock him up. Now, i don't believe that 12 years is a fair amount of time, (it should be way less) but the boy knew what he was doing and because of that he should be punished appropriately.
