Well from now on government will choose the caliph/patriach/pope and etc. Okay, I've been watching all through the suggestions, revisions, and otherwise and have for the most part not said a thing. I don't particular care for religion myself, but I've got nothing against it to the point where I thi...

*reads over the proposed draft and shakes head* Yeah, this is going to be a solid no. I may not care for religion all that much, and I am all for the separation of church and state, but this is not even remotely workable. No tithe to churches? Really? Why? Tests of loyalty? If your citizens aren't l...

Erm, that's not quite how it works, although kudos to you for taking the time to try and post something here. You may want to consider taking part in discussions to learn how things operated here, and while you're at it, take a look at Passed Resolutions to get an idea of how they are formatted. htt...

I do not support a repeal of the Food Welfare Act, but that does not mean that my stance is set in stone. For the time being, I am not convinced that a repeal followed by a replacement is necessary but I will hear out what you have in mind. That said, should the Food Welfare Act be repealed, aside ...

You can't. Repeals can ONLY repeal. They cannot add or modify legislation. Also, the word you are looking for is "incentivise". Is this a lost cause? I don't know with any certainty if this is a lost cause, but something to keep in mind that might help is to take your time. Before you can...

I am very confused...it seems you have a repeal and then a replacement proposal in the same thread? The Representative from Masurbia brings up a valid point. It is usually custom to have one thread per proposal, even if you intend to repeal and replace. I could be mistaken, which if that is the cas...

I may be mistaken, but it is my understanding that even though this may be a revision of a previously attempted proposal it is still one thread per proposal. As you create new drafts, i.e. making revisions as you go, you can place older drafts below the current draft in a spoiler to prevent clutter.

First, welcome to the World Assembly. I can kind of see what you are shooting for here, but the World Assembly is much more complicating that just saying "Free Health Care or No". There is a lot involved, and if you take a look at previous resolutions you can get an idea about what I am re...

Yes, desecrating the dead is the first port of call for changing policies, isn't it(!) Silly me(!) In the US it is because they allways come up with stupid excuses as to why they can't pass gun control. If they refuse to go to the people and see the carnage that is unfolding then it should be broug...

I don't want someone to be armed when that happens. That is basing an entire disorder on the example of one perso...

1. No nation except authoritarian North Korea and shitholes in Africa have fully banned guns for civ usage 2. Where the fuck did you get that 80% from? 20% or less own guns. 80% do not. A statement like that is why people do not take you seriously. I mean, I lean to the left but even I have to stop and think "This has to be a joke". People on both sides of the aisle view "1984" as a warning, not an instruction manual, and definitely not a utopia. A country wher...
